We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to leads all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, consistency, and efficiency. Responsible for menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen staff management while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cost control standards.
Key Responsibilities
•Design and execute menus with consistent quality
•Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
•Manage food inventory, costs, and supplier orders
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
•Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency
Requirements & Skills
•Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant or hotel
•Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
•Leadership and team management skills
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Good understanding of food costing and kitchen budgeting
•Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
•Creative, detail-oriented, and quality focused
